"We call this an AK47"
Hello people!!
I don't have much time so I will share a few moments!
-My comp and I played soccer with the branch and a bunch of short Albanian men. They were going so hard haha it was pretty funny.
-Someone took my wallet, ditched it a few blocks away, and then a police man found and returned it!! With EVERYTHING in it. Bless up.
-We found some super promising people this week!! AND we had 3 less actives come to church! The little things.
-The branch president light-heartedly told us that rules are made for breaking and my companion went OFF. He then decided that 80% of rules should be kept. It was so funny. I was laughing very hard.
-We had to drive up a super rough dirt road to get to some members house. The last two times missionaries have gone up there they have popped a tire/gotten stuck! Against all odds... we made it!
-Someone that we know here (can't say names bc it is apparently super not legal hahaha) found a ton of weapons at the end of the civil war, including an AK47 and some hand grenades. Today he showed us how to disassemble them hahaha. It was interesting..
I have been reading Jesus the Christ this week, and I have found so much joy in learning more about my Savior. I know that when we draw near to Him, He will ALWAYS draw near unto us. Every good thing is because of Him.
Mosiah 16:9- He is the light and life of the world; yea, a light that is endless, that can never be darkened
2 Nephi 26:24- He doeth not anything save it be for the benefit of the world, for he loveth the world, even that he layeth down his own life that he may draw all men unto him.
Jesus Christ is the way to happiness!
Also, i LOVE receiving emails from all of you! They brighten my week so much. I'm sorry that I can't respond to them, I have such limited time on p-days!! But thank you thank you.
I love you all! Have amazing weeks.
