A Barefoot Redhead

Well guys, not too many weekly's left!! :0
I had my last zone conference this week. I am so grateful for the ASM! The trainings we recieved were wonderful. Standing in a room full of missionaries is something super special. I definitely bawled during the mission song!! My mission has changed me in ways I can't explain.
This week was full of miracles and blessings. We now have 2 friends working towards baptismal dates in the next few weeks. Please keep Erik and Miranda in your prayers!! Erik is 17 and firm in the faith. He loves studying what we teach him and is a super mature 17 y/o. He is a character and his facial expressions are priceless. Miranda is an older woman and she is married to a returning member. It has been amazing working with both of them and seeing how they grow together. She is so funny and a superstitious albanian middle aged woman. She is so loving and really worries about two 20 year olds living alone. She gives us tons of cooking tips and herbal remedies. When we invited her to be baptized this week she smiled so big and said "Let's do it." And then asked if I could baptize her, looks like we gotta review some things haha. But she is so faithful and her insight blows my mind!
Erik and Miranda have opened their hearts to the Lord and in doing so have touched my heart in so many ways. I don't know how I got so lucky to be placed in their paths.
Vlorë is pretty much the best place ever, these people make me SO HAPPY, and my companion is an angel. The only complaint over here is that my time is coming to an end. But with that said, I am SO excited for the next 3 weeks. Every week of my mission keeps getting better so I cannot wait for the next few.
Lately when I study the scriptures I've been starting with a question every day and then writing down anything that comes to mind during study. At the end of the week I go through what I've written down with markers and highlighters and figure out what the Lord is trying to tell me. One theme I liked this week was something Emmeline B Wells said: "Notice the small and sometimes unnoticeable touches of God"
